• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;

rc777i reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid Pakistani national ID card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of PKR balances pending review.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one rc777i account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any PKR balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rc777i login credentials. rc777i will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your rc777i account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

rc777i may apply enhanced identity verification ("KYC") procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time. KYC documentation may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on rc777i are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by rc777i for PKR transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your rc777i wallet via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, or Mastercard are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes of successful processing. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. rc777i aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending KYC requirements.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts.
• rc777i reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
• Any PKR funds remaining in an account that has been terminated for breach of these Terms may be forfeited.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administration fee upon withdrawal, at rc777i's discretion.

5. Sports Betting Rules

rc777i offers pre-match and in-play sports betting on a wide range of events including but not limited to cricket (HBL Pakistan Super League and international fixtures), UFC, football, tennis, and kabaddi. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on rc777i:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by rc777i. rc777i reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on erroneous odds.
• Erroneous odds: If rc777i identifies that odds were published in error (e.g., materially below market rate due to a system error), rc777i reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes in PKR.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability. rc777i is not responsible for delays in in-play odds updates caused by third-party data providers.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in the event of match postponement, abandonment, or if an event does not reach a natural conclusion within the defined settlement period. Stakes on voided bets are returned to your rc777i wallet.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum single-bet and parlay winnings are subject to limits displayed in your account settings. These limits apply per event and per day.
• Results: Official results are used for settlement. In the case of a dispute, the rc777i trading team's decision is final.

6. Live Casino, Jackpot Slots & Cockfighting

rc777i's live casino, jackpot slots, Wild West Gold, and Cockfighting sections are governed by the same account and payment terms as the sports betting section, with the following additional provisions:

• Game outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures, as applicable. rc777i does not influence game outcomes.
• Jackpot slots: Progressive jackpot amounts displayed in the rc777i lobby are indicative and update in real time. The jackpot amount at the precise moment of the winning spin is the amount awarded.
• Disconnection: In the event of a connection failure during a live casino hand or slot spin, rc777i's systems will complete the round and settle according to the outcome recorded server-side. rc777i is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connection issues.
• Cockfighting: Cockfighting events on rc777i are resolved based on official match results provided by the relevant event operator. In the event of a disputed result or technical failure, bets may be voided and PKR stakes returned.

7. Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

rc777i may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as PKR. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying bet types are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• rc777i reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or irregular betting activity — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from free bets (above the stake) are withdrawable, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rc777i and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all PKR balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to interact with rc777i beyond normal browser-based access;
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to artificially guarantee outcomes;
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information exploitation;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of deposits made to rc777i;
• Using a stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment method;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC processes;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in a manner that exploits rc777i's systems;
• Money laundering or using rc777i to process funds derived from illegal activities;
• Allowing a minor (under 18) to access or use your rc777i account;
• Any other conduct that rc777i reasonably determines to be harmful, fraudulent, or dishonest.

rc777i cooperates with Pakistani law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies where required. Accounts suspected of illegal activity may be reported to the relevant authorities alongside transaction records.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

rc777i collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by rc777i — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, and transaction history — is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes. rc777i does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Responsible Gaming

rc777i is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment for all players in Pakistan. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to every registered account holder:

• PKR Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that activate immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when a pre-set session duration has been reached;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term account pauses lasting between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: A firm, irrevocable account suspension for a minimum period of 6 months, available instantly from your account settings.

Section 11

11. Account Suspension & Termination

rc777i may suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Successful self-exclusion request by the account holder;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account);
• Any other reason rc777i determines to be necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or comply with applicable law.

You may request closure of your rc777i account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining PKR balance (subject to applicable checks) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Dormant accounts (inactive for 12+ months) may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee of up to 500 PKR per month, deducted from any PKR balance remaining in the account, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Section 12

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rc777i's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of rc777i — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total PKR deposits made by you to your rc777i account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rc777i is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on rc777i (including odds, statistics, and match data);
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, data providers, or internet infrastructure issues;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable security precautions;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rc777i's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under applicable Pakistani law.

13. Changes to These Terms

rc777i reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rc777i will provide reasonable notice by displaying a notification on the rc777i platform or by sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of rc777i following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using rc777i and request account closure. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. The most recent version of these Terms always supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through rc777i's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
